Health Care Jobs Coming to Louisville

 

Louisville, Colorado is going to be the new home of GHX: Health-care and will employ at least 200. The firm received incentives from the City of Louisville and the Louisville´s Centennial Valley.  Louisville Colorado is located approximately 5 miles to the East of Boulder and is 30 minutes from downtown Denver.  Louisville is a favorite for families relocating to the area.

More Jobs Coming To Broomfield

The IT Department of the Investment Company TIAA-CREF is moving from Denver to the Broomfield Corporate Center.  This transition will take place over 2 year timespan. Currently the
firm employs 1,400 at the Denver offices.  The number of employees moving from the Denver office has not been disclosed , but the spokesman has indicated that it will be significant.

There has been a positive trend developing over the past two years when it comes to Broomfield
office space and vacancy rates.  Broomfield now has a vacancy rate, city wide, of  8.5%.

The Broomfield - Interlocken Business Park and Broomfield Corporate Center is located nearly
halfway between Denver and Boulder just off of US Highway 36.
